Sheet Wax

Sheet wax is a range of wax sheets with very precise thickness. The sheets are coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive on one side allowing it to easily stick to the mould surface. Sheet wax is ideally suited for a wide range of tooling and mould making applications where a thickness offset is needed between a pattern and a mould. The wax is designed to melt above 130°C, which is above the typical exotherm temperatures seen during casting or laminating. Sheet Wax is available in 305 x 610 mm packs with the following variations in thickness:  0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.0 mm & 5.0 mm.
