Hybrid

Hybrid fabrics are woven from a wide variety of different fibres, such as combinations of carbon fibre and aramid yarns in varying proportions in warp and weft. The characteristics of the different fibre types complement one another. Hybrid fabrics are mainly distinguished by low areal weights, cost savings, as in carbon / glass; high impact resistance as in carbon / aramid; various combination possibilities and striking visual patterns.
