Overview

Sicomin PB foams are 2‑part epoxy foaming systems for lightweight reinforcement, cavity filling and buoyancy, expanding in place to produce uniform, closed-cell structures.

PB Foam Features

– Clean 2-part foaming epoxy

– Strong adhesion to composites, woods, metals

– Closed-cell with low water absorption

– Ideal for cavity filling and local core reinforcement

Added Fire-Retardant PB‑i Range (PB270i / PB370i / PB570i)

– Auto-extinguishing epoxy foams for fire-critical applications

– Generates a protective char layer under heat

– Suitable for batteries, FR inserts, rolling-stock and marine safety components

– Densities: 270 / 370 / 570 kg/m³

– Buoyancy modules, repair cores, structural inserts
